Набор номера производится в международном формате, в нашей системе «+» перед номером набирать не обязательно.

Рассмотрим на примере России:

Правильный международный формат мобильного номера 79044577740, как его получить?

Имеем:
89044577740 — Внутренний код 8 (вначале) необходимо заменить на международный 7.

09044577740 — Внутренний код 0 (вначале) необходимо заменить на международный 7.

9044577740   — К номеру необходимо добавить международный код — 7 (вначале).

В номере должно быть 11 цифр (10 цифр номер и код страны — цифра 7, для России).

В основном везде стараются давать международный формат номера, код страны + номер. Так же для выхода заграницу ставят «+» или для домашних телефонов, современный вариант 00 (старый 8 гудок 10)

В странах бывшего СССР,  цифра 8 — выход на межгород и мобильники, но уже много где заменили на 0.

Казалось бы, что сложного в написании телефонного номера? Сложного, действительно, ничего нет, но есть нюансы.  Правильно написанный телефонный номер увеличит шансы, что клиент дозвониться до вашей компании. Ваш текст, сайт или буклет будет выглядеть более профессионально, если телефонный номер будет написан правильно.

С чего начинать номер: +7 или 8?

Запись российских номеров правильно начинать с кода +7. Это международный код России. Если номер указан с префиксом +7, то по этому номеру к вам могут дозвониться из-за границы. А префикс 8 — это атавизм, оставшийся со времён СССР. Это был код выхода на междугороднюю связь внутри страны. «Восьмёрка» и сейчас продолжает работать на стационарных телефонах, но если вы хотите увеличить шансы, чтобы к вам дозвонились, указывайте в телефонном номере только код +7.

Как группировать цифры номера? Использовать пробелы или дефис?

Цифры в телефонном номере группируются по две справа налево. Если в первой группе цифр телефонного номера одна цифра, ее допустимо объединять в одну группу со следующими двумя цифрами. Например: 591-85-60; 445-02.  Телефонные номера с удачным расположением цифр допускается оформлять иначе: 222-8-222.  Группы цифр отделяются друг от друга дефисами, но допускается отделение пробелами.

Нужны ли скобки?

Строгих правил по поводу скобок нет. Здесь можно руководствоваться тем, что в русском языке в скобки заключается дополнительная информация, поясняющая основную. Код города можно считать поясняющей информацией, ведь часто можно обойтись и без кода, если номер предназначен для использования только внутри города. А вот для мобильных номеров код оператора совершенно необходим, так как без этого кода дозвониться не удастся.

Мобильные номера: +7 922 670-45-10

Городские номера: +7 (351) 765-43-21, допустимо: (351) 765-43-21 или 765-43-21.

В Москве существует два городских телефонных кода 495 и 499, поэтому правильным будет указывать московские городские телефонные номера так же, как и мобильные номера, то есть без скобок: +7 495 555-50-50, +7 499 444-45-50.

Плюс (+) в номере телефона в России

Часто используется плюс (+) в российских номерах.  Похожий формат используется и в Европе.  При международных звонках, когда звоните в Россию из-за границы, просто игнорируйте плюс.  Для справки, плюс ипользуется и набирается при звонках на сотовых телефонах в России.

Цифра восемь (8) перед телефонным кодом

Если перед номером стоит восьмерка просто не набирайте ее при международном звонке в Россию.  Восемь (8) используется для звонков внутри страны.

Бесплатные 800 номера в России

Как и в Америке, Канаде, и ряде других стран, в России используются бесплатные номера, куда жители России могут звонить без оплаты за междугородний звонок.

Длинные телефонные коды: в России код города от трех до пяти цифр

В США и Канаде стандарт номера телефона очень прост: три цифры код города, семь цифр местный телефон.  В России такой формат используется для городских номеров в Москве и Санкт-Петербурге (в отдельной статье — о звонках на сотовые телефоны в России).  Все другие российские города и населенные пункты имеют четырех- или пятизначный код.

Звонки в Москву и Санкт-Петербург из-за границы

Городской номер в С.-Петербурге будет выглядеть подобно этому: 812-555-12-34. Для  звонков на Московский номер будет такого же формата, только с другим кодом, 495 или 499.

Звонки в любой город России из-за границы

Большинство городов и населенных пунктов Российской Федерации имеют четырехзначный или пятизначный код.  Чем длиннее код — тем короче номер.  В сумме получится десять цифр — код города плюс местный номер.

Telephone numbers in Russia are under a unified numbering plan with Kazakhstan, both of which share the international code +7. Historically, +7 was used as the country calling code for all of the Soviet Union. Following the Soviet break-up, all of its former republics, save for Russia and Kazakhstan, switched to new country codes. Following Abkhazia’s secession from Georgia, Abkhazia switched to the Russian telephone codes +7 840 for landlines and +7 940 for mobile phones, though it still can be reached via the Georgian telephone code +995 44.^[2]

After the Annexation of Crimea by the Russian Federation in 2014,^[b] the Republic of Crimea switched to the Russian telephone codes +7 978 for mobile phones and +7 365 for landlines, while the city of Sevastopol switched to the codes +7 978 for mobile phones and +7 869 for landlines, since 7 May 2015.^[5]

Russia uses a four-level (local, zone, country, international) open dialing plan. Local telecommunications regulators had planned to abandon this system and change to a closed dialing plan at all levels by 2009, but postponed the changeover until 2010,^[6] later pushed once more until 2012^[7] and finally approved for implementation in the period of 2020–2025.^[8] Currently, all national subscriber numbers consist of 10 digits (excluding any prefixes), with 3 digits for an area code and a 7-digit individual number which includes a zone code (up to 2 digits).

Long-distance and international prefixes[edit]

The international dialing prefix in Russia is «8~10″—callers dial «8», wait for a tone, and then dial «10», followed by the country code, area code, and number. The long-distance prefix is «8~». There are plans to change those prefixes to «0» for national and «00» for international dialing,^[9] to be implemented by 2020.

Placing long-distance and international calls[edit]

When making long-distance or international calls from a fixed line, a subscriber may choose either of two providers: Pre-Select or Hot-Choice. If a subscriber prefers Pre-Select, they call a prescribed free number (8-800-333-0990 for MTT or 8-800-100-2525 RT) and sign up initially for service. They may also sign a statement at the phone company indicating their choice of provider. With this provider, the prefixes and dialing procedures for non-local calls are the ones currently in use.

The default regulation in Moscow is Hot-Choice (not available yet on all exchanges; regional operators apply their own regulation depending on availability). Available operators are:

The dialing code range 4xx was introduced on 1 December 2005 to replace 0xx, in order to make it possible to adopt the ITU convention of 0 and 00 dialing prefixes for local and international dialing respectively. The dialing code range 4xx was introduced on 1 December 2005 to replace 0xx, in order to make it possible to adopt the ITU convention of 0 and 00 dialing prefixes for local and international dialing respectively.
